Business Development Directors

The National and Regional Business Development Directors will possess high strategic calibre and proven business development skills. You will have an excellent track record of operational success and meeting customers’ needs.

The ability to successfully engage with employers, influence key stakeholders and funding partners to generate support and income and raise the profile of the Academy are essential.  You will drive the implementation and operational management of a brokerage service for employers through a network of approved training providers. 

Reporting to the Chief Executive, these positions are for dynamic, proactive team players with total confidence in their own management, planning, prioritisation and communication skills.  You must have proven experience of successful business management and the learning and skills agenda.

National Business Development Director

To assume overall responsibility for the delivery of the national hub operation plan, a role pivotal to the success of the vision of the Academy.

Regional Business Development Director - London

To drive the Academy’s development at a regional level and to assume responsibility for the delivery of regional operation plans.

Regional Business Development Director - North West

To drive the Academy’s development at a regional level and to assume responsibility for the delivery of regional operation plans.

Regional Business Development Director - Yorkshire and the Humber

To drive the Academy’s development at a regional level and to assume responsibility for the delivery of regional operation plans.
