Playwork People - we need you! - If you work within the playwork sector, your views are valuable as they can help us to shape the future of Playwork Training and Education through the Playwork People survey.  This survey is for everyone who works in playwork, both full-time and part-time, including all types of provision.  We’re interested in all types of settings (e.g. adventure playgrounds, mobile play services, play centres, out-of-school clubs).  It is essential that as many people take part as possible in order to get a good representation of jobs across the playwork workforce.  For further information and to take part in the survey go to SkillsActive website.

Our Children, Our Future - The Essential Solution to Fulfilling the Potential of your Play Workforce - In response to the launch of the Government’s ‘Play Strategy’ for England, SkillsActive have produced a guide entitled ‘Our Children, Our Future’, it outlines the variety of resources and tools they have developed to professionalise the play workforce, and encourages all local authorities to embed play within their children’s workforce strategy.  Download document.
