Developed in consultation with ex-service men and women, this programme from SkillsActive aims to help you transition from the Services to civilian life with confidence, knowing that you can access practical support, advice and training solutions from experts in the field.
We aim to support those looking for an active and exciting career to understand the opportunities available in the sport, health & fitness, outdoors, caravan, hair & beauty, and playwork industries.
The Change Gear programme can help you:
