HSE adventure activities code of practice consultation response

Following recommendations made in Common Sense Common Safety published October last year, the Health & Safety Executive has been progressing the development of a new code of practice to replace statutory licensing within the outdoor sector. Consultation on this was launched earlier this summer.

The response to the consultation from SkillsActive's Outdoor Employers' Group has now been submitted to the HSE, and may be accessed via the key documents page on SkillsActive's website.
