SkillsActive launch employer toolkit for Children’s Workforce Employers

SkillsActive, as part of the Diploma Development Partnership (DDP), has worked in collaboration with Skills for Health, Skills for Justice and Skills for care to develop the content for the Society Health and Development (SHD) Diploma with SkillsActive representing the children’s workforce in conjunction with the Children’s Workforce Development Council (CWDC)

 Throughout the development of the SHD Diploma, SkillsActive worked closely with children’s workforce employers. And, in response to many requests for help on delivering the Diploma, SkillsActive have created the Employer Toolkit for Children’s Workforce Employers.

 The Employer Toolkit for Children’s Workforce Employers is a resource which provides advice, information and guidance on the SHD Diploma. For the launch of the toolkit, SkillsActive will be hosting an event on March 31, 2008 in London. Invitations for the event extend to all children’s workforce employers.
