Other professionals from the children and youth sector honoured this weekend include Jane Slowey, chief executive of youth homelessness organisation The Foyer Federation, appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE), Nasso Christou, head of Archway Children's Centre, appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE), Wendy Rose, vice chair of Home-Start, and Lynda Hassall, head of Sure Start Children's Centre Carlile South, also appointed OBE.
