In partnership with a number of professional bodies and government offices, we have undertaken extensive consultation with employers and training providers in Northern Ireland to discover the skills gaps and shortages across the sector.

The result of this consultation have formed part of our Sector Skills Agreement (SSA) report for Northern Ireland, and has resulted in an action plan detailing how we, in partnership with key sector bodies, will address the skills needs of the workforce in Northern Ireland.
