• Qualifying the playwork workforce
  As part of the Children’s Plan commitment we are helping CWDC to deliver funding that will allow 4,000 playworkers to achieve a recognised play qualification at level 3.

• Playwork strategy consultation
  We have launched a consultation on our UK strategy for playwork, education, training and qualifications - Playwork Learning and Skills Strategy 2011–2016 - and urge the playwork sector to get involved.

  We are working with a range of partners across the sector and a steering group of industry experts to develop national occupational standards for using sport to tackle crime.
