The annual conference for all stakeholders from across sport and active leisure in Wales, will be your opportunity to not just network with the key figures from the skills and workforce development field, but also be fully informed on the policy that will be influencing decisions in Wales for the forthcoming years.
This year will also see Rhodri Glyn Thomas AM provide a steer on ‘Climbing Higher’ and the importance of a skilled workforce to ensure success.
A series of facilitated workshops will allow attendees to both discover and contribute to the latest developments with:
Workforce Development within the Health and Fitness Sector
The Work Based Learning Pathways in Sports Management Leadership and Coaching
Skills for Employability within the Sport and Active Leisure sector
Implications for the Welsh Assembly Government Skills and Employment Strategy
