All Party Parliamentary Groups and SkillsActive
All Party Parliamentary Groups are made up of various MPs and Peers from across the political spectrum with an interest in particular area. They meet regularly to debate the latest sector issues and hear from a variety of high profile speakers. They can act as useful pressure groups for specific causes helping to keep the government, the opposition and MPs informed of parliamentary and outside opinion.
As part of our work with parliamentarians, SkillsActive work as secretariat to the All Party Group on Sports and the All Party Group on Play.
