learndirect scotland for business, backed by the Scottish Executive, was established in 2002 to help small to medium enterprises (SMEs) throughout Scotland overcome barriers to training and become more competitive by adopting a structured approach to workforce development. They offer a range of free services and products - including a network of regional training partners, the training advice line, online learning tasters, business briefings and self-help training workbooks.
