Sports Leaders UK believes that everyone has the potential to make a meaningful contribution to their local community – but not everyone has the opportunity or the motivation. Our Sports Leader Awards use the medium of sport to help people learn essential skills such as working with and organising others, as well as motivational, communication and teamwork skills.
