2007 bursary awardee - Rehanne Skinner

She is aiming to complete her Level 4/UEFA A Licence in the next year to become one of a handful of top level female coaches in the UK. Rehanne is aware of the demands of completing this qualification and will be granted £400 to allow her to work with a variety of men’s teams including Everton, Hull and Sunderland; this will give her vital experience in working in a new environment for her – one that she will seek to become more involved in once gaining her A Licence. Rehanne is in negotiation with Leicestershire County Football Association, along with pursuing other local avenues, with a few to supplementing her funding.
