Launched this week, the new guidelines are a one-stop-shop for training providers working in the health and fitness industry, and cover everything from the continued professional development points restructure, quality assurance procedures and endorsement of courses recognised by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
SkillsActive’s endorsement manager Tom Bell said: “The new guidelines are a giant step forward for training providers in the fitness industry. They address the questions that arise time and time again, for example how do I get my training course onto REPs?
“Everything is available on the SkillsActive website, making it easier for training providers to find the guidance they need.”
