Online outdoor play campaign toolkit launched for local authorities
The Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) has launched a new online resource which provides local authorities with communications guidance and practical support to help them effectively promote outdoor play opportunities in their area.

The Outdoor Play Campaign Toolkit provides strategic communications guidance, practical support and materials developed to inspire, support and enable local authorities. The toolkit helps them to effectively promote outdoor play through communication campaigns linked to their local play developments.
The toolkit also hosts downloadable how-to guides, a series of information materials aimed at helping authorities deliver key components of their communications campaign. These guides cover all essential communications requirements, offering authorities specific outdoor play-based insights, hints and tips to help them maximise local impact.
