SkillsActive Analyser

SkillsActive Analyser is an online tool for sports clubs and employers that will help them to identify training needs as a workplace. Workplaces can login to the web based Organisation Needs analysis (ONA) and identify the job roles where they have training needs and skill gaps.

The SkillsActive Analyser will produce a report of the training required based on courses that are on the National Qualifications Framework. At the end of the assessment, workplaces will have a clear report that tells them the number of job vacancies they have, areas where their staff need training and appropriate training to meet those needs. Workplaces will also be provided with links to appropriate brokerage so that they can obtain individualised training solutions for their workplace.
