Active Analyser is an easy to use online tool that allows you to record staff skills and qualifications and ensure job roles meet National Occupational Standards.
You can produce reports to see what qualifications your staff have and what they are missing – helping you to manage continuous professional development. You can also search for training from the SkillsActive Group’s network of recognised providers.
