Employer Training Needs Analysis
By undertaking our Training Needs Analysis we can help to provide you with the best training available in the sport and active leisure sector and more fully explore the skills and qualifications you need in your organisation.

What is the National Skills Academy?

The National Skills Academy for Sport and Active Leisure provides a wide range of products and services to ensure that employers in the sector have simple and direct access to approved training providers and qualifications that reflect their needs.

Why should I complete the Training Needs Analysis?

It will allow us to deliver more effectively on your training needs, and help us signpost you to the right providers, plus we can understand in more detail the volume requirements so we can broker better value provision where it is needed.

What happens next?
The questionnaire should take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete. You will need to have some knowledge of your current training as well as the approximate numbers of people in your organisation who may need each type of training. Once completed, a member of our business development team will contact you to formulate a plan for your organisation, discuss your training options and provide you with clear advice on how best to meet these needs.
