The CVC simply approves you as a centre that delivers non-endorsed training, it does not approve the content of any training you offer nor does it allow you to offer CPD points.

This means you don’t need to submit evidence of your training, and won’t be able to refer to it as endorsed, but it’s a good start for small providers or those just starting out, and there are still some great benefits.
As a Compliant Provider you’ll need to:
- Receive a Centre Verification Check
- Sign and agree to SkillsActive’s Code of Ethical Practice.
You’ll also:
- receive the industry magazine, keeping you abreast of all the latest issues
- receive invites to industry events and training
- be named on a list of providers*
- be able to hyperlink to your own website from the SkillsActive webpage, with a description of your business*
