You’ll have access to the national occupational standards database (NOS).  This tool can be incredibly useful in helping employers develop their workforce. It can help you prepare for recruitment, appraisals and training to ensure you and your staff get the most from each process.

Membership types and fees

SkillsActive operates two types of membership: Full Member and Affiliate.

Which do I apply for?

Your organisation should apply to become a Full Member if you are an employer (for example local authorities, caravan parks).
Fees are £25 per year per site up to ten sites, plus VAT (total £29.38). Fees are automatically capped at £250 plus VAT.

Affiliate membership is more suitable for other bodies, (for example training providers, awarding bodies and national partners)
Fees are set at £100 plus VAT (£117.50).

In addition, for a further £25 Affiliate members will can receive the additional benefit of an annual subsciption to our succesful quarterly magazine, ActiveInsight.
